step by step

we walk you through every stage, right down to the last detail.

process

discovery & Introduction

phase 1.

During this primary phase, we’ll talk through everything you want out of your tented villa as well as what works for the site you have in mind. We’ll cover your villa’s primary purpose, who’ll be using it, its desired size and layouts, features, its connection with the outdoors, timings and budgets, and all the same fundamentals you’d address if you were working on a traditional architectural build.

design & proposals

phase 2.

This next phase kicks off with us sending you a full suite of renders and designs as well as a tailored quote including estimates for every single element from start to finish. During this stage of the process, we welcome any feedback and revisions so we know the final outcome is exactly what you desire.

manufacturing & delivery

phase 3.

Once the final proposal and quote is accepted, we greenlight your villa’s production. While the lead-time varies, the production itself takes an average of 12 weeks. Once production is complete, we arrange all shipping and logistics to get your villa from our manufacturers to your site.

installation & maintenance

phase 4.

Installation is managed by your local tradies. A detailed, customised installation manual comes with each tent and an Escape Nomade project manager will be on-hand if technical advice is required. Installation times vary depending on size, but as a guide, with 4 workers on site, it takes an average of between 4 and 7 days.

To ensure the longevity of your tented villa, we recommend regular maintenance of your tent. Our fabrics are waterproof, stain-resistant and certified ‘self-cleaning’ which significantly reduces the job to be done. Furthermore, each purchase comes with a cleaning kit filled with carefully designed products for every component of the tent as well as a detailed video on maintenance.
