andersons bay
Located on the East Coast in Northland New Zealand, this latest luxury tented villa project promises to offer unique, secluded luxury accomodation to its guests in the natural environment of coastal sea and native bushland. The property will be hosted by owners who have lived on this property at Andersons Cove for more than 25 years, enjoying the creative process of constructing their dream lodges and landscaping their gardens.
dream it
It all begins with an idea. We listened to the Client’s brief and worked alongside to develop a configuration that both suited the site and provided the living spaces to make this a truly unique dwelling. Through this phase we provided concept imagery and samples of finishes to aid the design process.
plan it
Reaching the final design takes time and often various iterations to get the plan exact. This particular design evolved from separate facilities for the kitchen and bathing zones to finally landing on an all integrated 2 bedroom space with central open plan living. We provided floor plans, isometric plans and 3D renders of the final design to aid the visualisation process and ensure an exact design is agreed.
Build it
From integrating the power and water supply to the door and window finishes and logos applied to linen, we assist the Client to make all of their selections. This exciting project is currently in manufacture and due to be completed on site in October 2022.
