Our insulated, weatherproof, premium tented villas are fully customisable and flexible, created to shift and grow over time as needs expand. Designs range from 9m2 to 450m2 in size, and come with luxurious bathrooms, platforms, timber and glass and optional full furnishings.

Our tents are manufactured by Escape Nomad, the pioneering designer and producer of luxury tented villas, who we are proud to exclusively partner with for the south pacific region. Escape Nomad was founded almost two decades ago by author, designer and environmentalist Anneke van Waesberghe, who has dedicated her life to the philosophies of sustainable living without walls

about the construction
Our premium-quality tented villas both connect you with nature and offer you respite from the elements; they have an incredible temperature tolerance of -20 to +50 degrees celsius, and are made with fabrics that are impervious to water, mildew and UV exposure. With a lifespan of over 20 years, they are semi-permanent, heavy duty structures that are based on a strong and dense metal framework and building-inspired foundations - yet they take only days to construct.

When you buy a tented villa with Habitat by Goldie you have the option of including all furniture and interior accessories from the extensive catalogue offered by Escape Nomad. Through our sister business, Goldie, we can also source or custom make affordable, unique and bespoke pieces that will make the villa yours while staying true to Anneke van Waesberghe’s signature aesthetic. This look channels an old-world luxury safari with it’s celebration of natural materials and simple colour palette of earthy clay and sand tones.
