Our tented villas are much more cost-effective than building constructions of comparable size and they take much less time - and fewer people - to erect. Every project fee is different as it depends on the individual scope of the work to be done. The discovery and design phases of the process can be done quite quickly, depending on the client's availability and feedback. The production lead-time then varies, but once manufacturing has started it takes an average of 12 weeks. During this time, we prepare the client’s site. Shipping times vary, but take an average of 6-8 weeks. Once onsite, the tented villa can usually be constructed in under a week.

Our certified self-cleaning fabric means our tented villas require less maintenance than normal. We provide you with a step-by-step instruction video and all the tools and eco-friendly solvents required.

Our partner Escape Nomade has erected these very tents all over the world, from the desert to the snow-capped mountains of Japan. Our tents have an incredible temperature tolerance of -20°C to +50°C, and are made with fabrics that are impervious to water, mildew and UV exposure. The fabrics also offer protection from windspeeds of up to 170-175kmph, plus we have protocols on what steps to take if there is a severe weather event like a cyclone approaching.
For day-to-day comfort, AC and fans can be installed. Our tents’ roofs are designed for efficient ventilation and reduced temperatures, plus they have two-layered insulation against the elements
